Q1: What are the characteristics of your UV coated MDF?
A:  1.Astonishing warm, Soft touch like silk. Pleasant and natural feeling.
      2.Glossy data for super matt UV is 0.05 degree .
      3.Being simultaneously highly resistance to scratch and abrasion.
      4.Anti-fingerprint and stain- resistant.
      5.Maintain highest resistance to various chemical products and substances.
      6.Color stability and light fastness assure long time usage.

A:  Environmentally friendly standard satisfied, Eco-friendly, non-pollution and nontoxic chemicals.
      It can be widely used for House decoration, Cupboard manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, etc.

Q2. What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is usually 100 pieces.

Q3. What is your delivery time?
A: The time of delivery is within 15 days after we receive the deposit.

Q4. What is the shipping port?
A: We ship the goods by Lianyungang or Qingdao port, China.

Q5. What is the location of your company?
A: Our company is located in the biggest MDF & Plywood production base Shuyang, Jiangsu, China.
It takes about 1 hour to Lianyuang port and 3 hours to Qingdao port by truck.

Q6. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept 30% T/T in advance, the balance by the copy of BL Or L/C at sight.

Q7. What can you buy from us?
A:  Melamine boards with core material ENF, E0, E1, E2 MDF/ particle board(chipboard) / Plywood/ Blockboard, HPL laminate panels, veneer panels, high glossy acrylic panels, waterproof boards, anti-fire boards, veneered boards, Edge banding, polyester resin faced boards and paper overlaid boards.

Q8. Do you provide free samples?
A: We could send you the samples for free, but the freight is charged. After the order is confirmed, we will pay back the express fee.

Q9: Can your product support customization?
A: Support. Support size customization, thickness customization, and surface texture customization.
